Privacy Policy

MuseTask privacy policy — what we collect (almost nothing), how the browser-only prompt generator handles your input, cookies, analytics and your choices.

This Privacy Policy explains what MuseTask does — and does not do — with your data. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and the prompt generator runs entirely in your browser.

What we collect

  • Prompt generator input. Anything you type into the prompt generator is processed locally in your browser. It is not sent to our servers, not stored, and not transmitted to Muse or any third party by us.
  • Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.
  • Optional analytics. If we enable privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics later (page views, referrers, country), this policy will be updated before that happens. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data.

Cookies

MuseTask sets no functional cookies and no advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled later, we will prefer cookieless, aggregate measurement.

Third-party links

This site links to Meta's official properties and other third-party sites. Once you follow a link away from MuseTask, the destination's own privacy policy applies.

Children

MuseTask is aimed at a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Your rights

Because we do not maintain user accounts and do not store user-submitted content, there is generally no personal data held by MuseTask to access, correct or delete. If you believe we hold personal data about you, contact us and we will respond promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date above will change with it. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page.
