Launch week has been bumpy for some users. These are the reported issues and what helps:

"This account needs permission to view this page" — reported by early users on launch day. Meta hasn't published an official fix. Things to try: fully close and reopen the app, confirm you're using the right Meta account, then try muse.ai in a browser to see whether the web login works for your account.
App loads but content stays blank / won't hydrate — also reported at launch. Update to the latest app version, force-close, and reopen. If it persists, wait a few hours; rollout glitches have been resolving on their own.
"Muse isn't available in your country" — that's not a bug. Muse is rolling out in the US only as of September 9, 2026. There's no official waitlist. Status: Muse availability.
I'm in the US and still don't see Muse — also not a login bug. "Rolling out" means access appears in stages even inside the US; some American users are still waiting days after launch. There's no invite code or waitlist to join — keep the app updated and retry, or check muse.ai periodically.
Wrong Meta account — if your Facebook and Instagram use different logins, confirm which one is your primary Meta account at meta.com before signing in.
Password problems — Muse uses your Meta account password. Reset it through Meta's official account center, not through any "Muse support" page (none exists yet).

Is my login safe?
